				Greater Conejo Valley AN OASIS FOR THE ARTS Located 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles and 10 miles north of Malibu, the Greater Conejo Valley inludes the communities of Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and portions of Calabasas. Due to its close proximity to the "entertainment capital of the world", many of the Valley's residents work in that industry. As as a result, the region is rich in creative talent. ABOUT The primary pupose of Fine Artists of the Coneoj Valley & Environs is to provide an easy way to "connect" with artists by providing links to their respective websites. This website also stives to provide information and links to major fine art events that showcase, primarily, the work of artists living and working in the region.
